  2. Scheduling the Agenda on a Timescale with Definitive (Weekly) Targets.

    COST MANAGEMENT:
  1. Drafting Bill of Quantities (BOQ) after Interaction with Consultants.
  2. Submission of Tentative Budget to Client for Budget Approval.

    PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT:

    RESOURCE ALLOCATION:
  1. Assign Project Manager for Day-to-day Onsite Project Execution.
  2. Assign Service Engineer for Weekly Analysis of Code Compliance and Analysis.
  3. Assign Project Coordinator for Coordinating between Architects, Contractors, Vendors, and Client.

  3. Monitor Contractor for Adherence to Parameters Prescribed in the Tender.
  4. Implementation and Compliance Check of Building Codes (like fire & Safety), as Mentioned in the Construction Design Document.

    COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT:
  1. Generate Daily Site Reports to Facilitate the PM in Better Control of Project.
  2. Project Manager Supplies Weekly Reports to increase Visibility & Avert Scope Creep.
